March | Sustainability and Social Enterprise: Rwanda
Course Highlights
Often called the “Switzerland of Africa” for its breathtaking mountains, compact size, political stability, and remarkable development, Rwanda offers an exceptional setting to explore sustainability, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic growth. Rising from the devastating 1994 genocide, the country has become a global case study in resilience and transformation. Through visits to social enterprises, high-growth ventures, multinationals, cooperatives, and public institutions, students will apply the full MBA toolkit while developing a sustainability mindset and gaining firsthand insight into how business can drive economic, social, and environmental progress.

Welcome Dinner, guided tour of the genocide memorial museum, Nyamirambo Women’s Center, Rwanda Development Board, Zipline, Africa Parks, Safari Game Drives, Children in the Wilderness, Gorilla Trek in Volcanoes National Park, Farewell dinner, and more!
