Course Highlights

The South Korea and Vietnam GIE will have a real estate focus (but is open to all MBA concentrations) and will provide participants with an opportunity to learn about two very different Southeast Asian countries: a “new” highly developed country and a developing country – both with rich ancient history and their own culture. This program will expose students to the contrast between ancient history and modern society explained through conversations and presentations with local and international real estate developers, operators and investors, as well as city planners and other government organizations. We will not just learn about commercial and residential real estate and how decisions are being made but also understand their everyday life through these meetings and conversations. This program offers a very unique experience that cannot be gained as a tourist and combines learning about real estate with cultural sensitivity and appreciation- all while getting to know your peers in a different environment.
