Course Highlights

The Thailand and Singapore GIE will have a real estate and investments focus and also provide participants with an opportunity to learn about two very different Southeast Asian countries: a highly develop and modern city/state and a developing country with rich ancient history and culture.  Students will have the opportunity to visit historical sites and also experience one of the most dense and multicultural countries in the world.   We will meet with local real estate developers and operators, international investors and advisors,  learn about affordable housing planning and meet with not-for-profit groups.   This program will expose students to the contrast of ancient history and modern society and the implications of these contrasting cultures, while visiting multiple areas in both of these countries.
