May | Innovation: Kenya
Program Highlights
Join us on a visit to Kenya, “the cradle of humankind”, to understand how innovation is shaping this rapidly growing and culturally rich country. The Kenya Global Immersion Elective (GIE) offers participants a unique opportunity to explore the role of innovation in addressing critical issues such as digital transformation, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and education. Through immersive experiences and interactions with local leaders, policymakers, and innovators, students will gain a deep understanding of the potential and challenges of applying innovative solutions in these areas. They will also examine the unintended consequences that innovation might create and explore the complex landscape of opportunities and obstacles within Kenya’s dynamic environment. This program enables students to apply their MBA skills in real-world contexts, fostering a comprehensive understanding of how innovation can drive sustainable development in a rapidly evolving country.
